DONATE TO 3rd SPACE CAFE
Food is a necessity and supports those in need. Corporate sponsors can become Friends of 3rd Space Cafe, which provides nutritious meals that improve the health of visitors and ensures dignity to those experiencing homelessness. Here’s how you can support us:
- Donate money: 3rd Space seeks 15 x $10,000 donations (tax-deductible) from generous organisations like you to run the cafe across a year.
- Establish a Workplace Giving Program with 3rd Space, with a goal to raise $10,000 for Friends of 3rd Space Cafe.
- Donate to undertake volunteer team-building exercises, such as packing food parcels, or participating in on-site working bees. Or we can tailor an exercise to suit your needs.
DONATE GOODS AND SERVICES
At 3rd Space, we provide food parcels, clothing, toiletries and more to people experiencing homelessness. We also require products and services to ensure the smooth running of our facility. Your organisation can ensure that people experiencing homelessness have access safe, clean facilities and the dignity of food and hygiene.
- Donate goods such as cleaning products, cafe disposables, pantry items and new underwear.
- Donate practical services such as gardening and facilities maintenance.
- Donate corporate services such as graphic design and website design so people can find and access the support they need.
RAISE FUNDS WITH WORKPLACE GIVING
Establish a Workplace Giving program with 3rd Space. Workplace Giving correlates with higher levels of employee engagement, by empowering your staff to donate a small portion of their pre-tax salary to the work we do.
- Establish a Workplace Giving Program with 3rd Space, with a goal to raise $10,000 for Friends of 3rd Space Cafe.
- Raise awareness about homelessness over a set period (eg 12 months).
- Match employee contributions or encourage your business partners to donate.
- Apply for your business to win a Workplace Giving Award.
